I am Lesego Mokgabudi, a dedicated professional currently working as a Data Analyst Intern while pursuing an MSc in Data Science at the University of Johannesburg. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of data science. I hold an MSc in Mathematical Sciences from the University of the Western Cape, an Honours degree in Applied Mathematics, and a BSc in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Limpopo.

In my technical skillset, I excel in Microsoft Excel, where I proficiently manipulate and analyze data using advanced functions, pivot tables, and complex formulas. I am adept at creating dynamic dashboards to present data insights clearly. My experience with Power BI enables me to design interactive reports and connect to various data sources, enhancing business intelligence efforts. In SQL, I have honed my ability to query and manage databases, optimizing their performance and ensuring data integrity. I am also proficient in Python, using powerful libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn for data analysis, visualization, and building predictive models. Additionally, my expertise in Snowflake allows me to efficiently manage cloud data warehousing and design robust ETL processes, essential for scalable data solutions.

My strong background in mathematics and statistical analysis enables me to derive deep insights from data and solve complex problems using mathematical models and statistical methods. I also bring a solid understanding of financial analysis and risk assessment, which helps in applying analytical techniques to financial data effectively. Furthermore, I am skilled in using LaTeX to produce high-quality, professional scientific and technical documents.
