I haven’t had much achievements ..all my work experience I had was only for a short while that I learn very quickly but most importantly i learned  how to communicate effectively with people and listen to their demands and needs as well as the needs of the company it is a simulating task and challenge that I lived up to on a daily basis. I believe I am strategic and creative in my approach to work and generate workable ideas. While I honor and respect that there is a time and place for rules and procedures when creative ideas and solutions strike. I am a balanced, well presented and reliable person who believes in the value of hard work ,fast learning  and sharp thinking. I am an exceptionally organized person and thrive in pressure driven, deadline environments, well groomed and enjoy working with people, I have telephone skills, computer literate.

I am currently working as a manual validation operator (data capturing) while working in a call centre (inbound) at Kapsch Trafficking company in Johannesburg. In this position I am responsible for Manually validating Toll Transaction (cases) in accordance with various case types/guidelines, Manage Transactions and Images and Validation of transaction schedule in the queue in accordance with contractual KPI’s. I assist with inbound call centre team twice a month with calls, I have Over 6 years, customers service experience (face to face) as well as customer service Inbound 10 years experience.

I have completed a certificate in a call centre. The course focuses on telephone etiquette, communication skills as well as building rapport with customers.
