Duties and Responsibilities: Recruitment and Selection • -Request staff requisition and manage authorization • Advertise positions internally and externally • CV screening and shortlisting • Schedule interviews • Prepare interview packs • Conduct Employment Checks (MEI Verification) • Provide feedback to candidates Induction and Support • Support Scheduling of Induction for new employees • Confirm staff attendance at Company Induction Staff Take on and exit • Make necessary arrangements for new staff including: • Ensuring that staff has the necessary work tools on their first day (laptops, desk, telephone etc) by sending reminder to the relevant department and confirming with the line manager • Providing onboarding documents (benefits documents, new hires) • Ensure new employees documents are forwarded to payroll administrators for processing • Getting Resignation documents in writing (Exit) • Processing of termination documents, withdrawal claims and death disposal documents • Medical Aid application administers Training and Development • Administration of schedule training • Source and schedule training with Line managers that is in line with competencies of employees • Prepare and submit documentation for payment - Confirm training with staff - Vendor documentation - Assisting with registering learners to Foodbev SETA General Administration • -Responsible for the execution of programmes and activities initiated by Managers • Keep HRBP informed about the status and success of programs • Provide operational support for ER/IR issues including grievance, disciplinary hearings • Managed the administration of HR operational activities i.e disciplines • Consolidating HR monthly and weekly reports • Consult with line management and provide daily HR feedback • Customer relationship management • Build and maintain relationship with management • Provide support and assistance to employees • Scribe minutes in all disciplinary hearings, wage negotiation and partnership forums meeting
