Project Administration experience – With my Project Management course, together with my current Partners extensive roles, I have been involved in numerous Projects within the Risk Assurance and Gauteng Assurance Executives leadership meetings, Team Builds, Conferences and Training sessions. I oversee the PA’s within the Banking and Capital Market division and am responsible for all training, events and socials within this division. To name a few: Gauteng Assurance Manager Bonus event – cocktails and presentation for 500 Managers.
Banking and Capital Markets – Year End functions, Charity events, Gin and Chocolate tasting for 300 Employees
Risk Assurance Partner Strategy for all Directors from Africa – Flight tickets, accommodation bookings, venue set-up etc. (70 Directors travel from Africa).
Brief PA experience
Currently working at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Executive Personal Assistant to the Risk Assurance Partner of the Southern Markets / PwC Gauteng Assurance Leader.
Grateful to have had the opportunity to work in this company for the past 13 years, but am now seeking a new career opportunity. I believe a vital part of the role of a Personal Assistant is to understand and anticipate the needs of my Directors and ultimately make their life as smooth and unproblematic as possible. With 14 years of experience in extensive diary management, the ability to organise any travel requirements, run events and other high profile activities I feel able to effectively assist and provide support while thinking on my feet and overseeing my Partner’s workday.
Having worked in support functions over the last 16 years, I have a demonstrable understanding of the requirements and implication of working with a variety of senior managers and Executives and can exercise compassion, assertiveness and remain utterly confidential when situations demand.
My strong administration, IT and computer skills and ability to creative projects, having coordinated marketing, communication and event activities in my current role.
I am confident in my ability to exhibit the skills and attributes needed to make a successful and efficient Personal Assistant/Office Manager and to contribute to a fast paced and highly creative organisation.
