• Technical support to ensure tracking units are tested • Recovery of stolen or hijacked vehicles • Account queries and customer service • Report to management on the performance of the department • Record statistics on a daily basis for each case • Liaison between ground and air recovery teams nationally to recover vehicle • Train new staff • Ensuring service level and targets are reached and maintained on a daily basis • Arranging overtime when necessary • Resolving irate client queries • Attending to walk in clients • Logging calls for it and telephone issues • Managing 30+ agents under my org chart
