Filita Gugulethu- Is a fresh graduate from Nelson Mandela University who is in process of completing her Honours degree in the major she completed In her Undergraduate degree which is Public Administration.
Gugulethu enjoys the study of Public Administration as it a the main foundation of modern statehood that determines government policies and programs which involves concepts that are implemented in our daily lives and she believes that it is important for ,especially youth to engage and be knowledgeable about our government and it’s operations.
Public Administration is all about advancing the common good in our communities and Gugulethu takes that factor and incorporates it in her style of work, advancing the “common good” meaning working hard in always providing the best results.
Gugulethu would be best for the company as she is a greatly resourceful individual who is determined to work hard in proving she is the best.
Gugulethu is able to adapt easily to new environments and working conditions and dynamics of new co -workers. Gugulethu holds excellent communication,writing,strategic thinking and planning skills and with these skills ,she is willing to always put them to work to exceed her employer’s expectations, bringing a fresh new vibrant energy and attitude in the workplace.
