Maintain and support Vigil Cloud and Safe and Sound solution. Maintain and monitor Vigil Plus hosted solutions as well as those that areself-hosted by various clients. Provide support for VCAM, Vigil Online, and Partner Portal. Responsible for providing Tier 2 and 3 software and application supportfor South Africa and other African countries (Swaziland, Botswana, Angola,Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, and Namibia).
