When I had my first taste of leading the casual team at Virgin Active in 2005 I just knew that .   ambition and hunger to learn more about strategy and leadership, led me to 14 years of numerous opportunities in managerial positions in multiple industries.  I am driven by challenge, enjoy fast paced environments and specialise in training and development.
I do believe that with my management experience, leading successful diverse workforces, and ability to lead teams at different levels will give me a good understanding of what my team and I will need to do to exceed expectations.
