About Candidate

I currently form part of senior management at Ncube Incorporated Attorneys as an HR Manager. I look after their Legal, Debt Collection and Pre – Terms Business Units respectively. I also lead and manage Quality Assurance and Learning and Development teams respectively.

With over 5 years of being in the HR & IR field I have developed a passion for people. I have been exposed to most facets of the HR and IR field, such as recruitment & terminations, skills development & training, change management & implementation, conflict resolution & grievance management and HR soft wear (SAP, Success Factors, VIP Premier, Sage 300 People) which form part of my experience.
