Have over 18 years of IT and Non IT experience, which includes experience in Training & Development, Designing, Testing and Project management.   Started carrier as Mainframe Developer and currently exploring as Project Manager in BFSI domain. Holds a Masters’ degree in Master of Computer Application, Certified Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), SAFe 6.0.


Currently Permanent Resident of South Africa. Have good exposure to customer work culture with onsite experience of UK, USA, UAE, CANADA & South Africa.


Have excellent knowledge of the SDLC processes, AGILE and proficient in development and good knowledge of Testing Life Cycle techniques.

Possesses strong inter-personal and leadership skills. Management experience encompasses managing multiple service engagements, identifying project resource requirements, leading cross-functional teams for delivering solution requirements, establishing strategic relationship with each client that transcends tactical implementation details, providing regular project communication and status reporting, resolving project issues including budget, scope and timelines, conducting performance reviews and providing guidance, feedback, mentoring and developmental experience to project team.  Also have knowledge and experience in AGILE project management using SCRUM framework, KANBAN.
