I was previously employed as a Administration assistance/ Debtors clerks. In this position, I was responsible for many clerical tasks to ensure the staff can communicate and work efficiently. I was responsible for collecting rental money owned and kept records of payment paid and unpaid accounts. I did a few bookkeeping duties as well.
I feel Administration is a key member of an office. In addition to keeping up with filling, organisation and maintaining schedules, they also help the people with support by providing important information when needed and making sure everything runs smoothly.
I am a problem- solver and critical thinker cause I believe as a Receptionist there are often the go- to person that staff and clients seek out for help with questions or problems. I’m very organised with time management keeping track of my schedule so I’m able to complete my tasks on time and keeping my workspace clutter-free.
I would describe myself as someone methodical and analytical, which is essential for ensuring clients receive the correct services. At the same time, I consider myself customer- oriented and take time to listen clients and staffs carefully even during peak periods.
