• To facilitate the logistics, quality, technical, and the manufacturing department’s projects • Increase efficiencies of the plant in terms of OEE and equipment restoration. • Take on projects from initiation to execution. • Manage projects (Largest project completed- R38M). • Delegate workload. • Network with suppliers.
• To provide clear direction, leadership, and management to the team, while working closely with staff to achieve and exceed financial targets, business growth and assisting in executing negotiations while delivering superior client outcomes. • Responsibility for driving customer relationships by obtaining a level of trust where customers actively advocate our products and services. • Participate in the negotiation of major sales contracts and contribute to key client account management; ensuring the performance of these accounts are in line with required outcomes. • Identify opportunities for cross sell and recommendations for new business. • Ensuring the Vision, Mission and Values of tna is embedded culturally throughout the local region. • Building a team and ensuring engagement and driving continuous improvement through ongoing development of staff within the local region, and ensuring they are always positive and professional. • Reporting on local trends and prospects to enable future growth in sales and market share, including opportunities for acquisitions or expansion into new product areas. • Attend and work at trade shows / exhibitions held throughout the year.
