I am a hardworking, goal driven individual with high accuracy for attention to detail. Over the last seventeen years I have gained knowledge in various fields from vehicle finance to insurance and back to the financial sector. I have reached my career development goals within the organization I am currently employed at which was to become a Business Analyst. I have worked closely with many Operational/Programme Managers and in my current role, we had to step in and help with the duties of the Operations Manager.

I managed to implement five projects successfully using waterfall and Agile methodology, which have benefited the division significantly. My additional responsibilities include the financial management of payments received, preparing the debit order file for collection and sending out additional communication from an operational management assistant perspective. Testing of system requirements, processes, and new developments play a role in my Business Analyst daily responsibility.
