I am an end to end HR thought leader with a demonstrated competence in articulating business strategy and implementing the people agenda plans to meet the business objectives. I am highly technologically savvy and believe that culture plays a key role in meeting the objectives of the business. I have been a champion for change , equity , diversity and inclusion and have been the leading pioneer in this key competence in Africa and beyond.

Work & Experience
In charge of the overall direction of the company for Africa and was the champion of the change management process for introducing new culture , values and the retrenchment of 10% of the staff across the globe.
I was the lead person for the introduction of the transformation , diversity , inclusion unit for the University . This was a challenging role since it was the first time that such a unit was introduced. I was also charged with the end to end HR value chain processes.
I was responsible for the UKZN Talent and OD remit , implemented an online recruitment management system, led the UKZN merger process through OD interventions and change management methodologies.
