OPERATIONS COORDINATOR Maintenance, monitoring and management of filling by sending filing documents to Tidy Files weekly (as per process) for the personnel files to be updated online. Making sure that all approvals documents are in the personal files Monitor Headcount by checking for Authorization document (as per HR DOA Policy sent to you) for all employee movements that will be captured on Workday and Leave System. All approvals to be checked for new starters, promotions, demotions, salary changes, etc Making sure that we have created approved positions on Workday. Assistance with queries regarding all HR aspects. Employment confirmation verbally over the phone. UIF documentation compilation (for termination employees as well as current associates going on Maternity leave). Manning of HR help and HR changes e-mail address. Ensure there is attendance to Associate’s HR queries/ enquires. Ensure HR presence in the office for business assistance. Ensure HR telephones are answered promptly. Participate in HR Projects Ensuring staff movements are accurately and timeously reflected on Workday (Including Starters, Transfers, Promotions, Terminations, etc) Managing the leave system with reference to the above. Resolving queries related to this in a timeous manner.
