My brief description on PA role is:

·        Maintain confidentiality

·        Diary management

·        Travel Arrangement

·        Liaise with clients and other business units on behalf of executive

·        Organising meetings and client presentations, including liaising with client daily

·        Creating reports on Excel and continuously working on them

·        Preparing personal documents
