• Coordinating interview process including logistics • Notifying the Group HR Manager/ Payroll Manager of engagements and terminations • Conduct background checks on candidates • Give candidates psychometric assessment feedback • Ensure that probationary evaluations and exit interviews are conducted timorously • Provide shortlist of suitable candidates to Line Managers • Talent sourcing through recruitment agencies, Pnet, Career Junction, LinkedIn etc. • Weekly recruitment reporting to the HR Business Partner • Managing the business unit’s organogram • Support line managers with HR related matters • Train all new employees on SAGE and Sharepoint • Approving leave requests on SAGE • Updating & maintaining personnel files • Assisting employees with maternity leave processes • First point of contact for employees with respect to all HR related queries • A member of the Health and Safety Committee • Coordinating staff functions and wellness programs
