• Routine quality checks and data capturing in LIMS(infinity) • Data capturing of internal audits & housekeeping • Checking packaging material, product quality and the shelf life of the product • Isolating poor quality products • Sensory testing • Equipment calibration e.g. Weighing balance, pH meter, pasteurizer logger, Carbon-QC ME from Anton Paar, Auto titrator, Density meter(DMA), Torque meter, Ozone monitor &TDS monitor. • Sample worker’s hands within the plant for microbial testing • Clean and disinfect laboratory equipment & sterilization of micro-lab materials • Stock count • Testing final products from the lines, syrups and water samples from the tank for microbial contamination • Media preparation • Doing an audit to determine if General Manufacturing Practices are in place • Inspecting the final products on the truck, i.e. whether they are damaged or not before the truck departs • Verification of equipment such as incubators and fridges in order to get reliable results • Observing growth of microorganisms on incubated plates and recording the number of colonies on the microbiology result sheets

·        Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies ·        Manage agendas, travel arrangements and appointments for upper management ·        Manage phone calls and correspondence ·        Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary ·        Submit timely reports and prepare presentations or proposals as assigned ·        Assist colleagues whenever necessary

• Set up, Validate & Monitor lab equipment • Conduct quality checks in order to open and close primary & secondary production line • Conduct hourly quality checks on products • Ensure GMP,GDP & ISO Standards are adhered too • Conduct TVC(total viable count) and Environmental tests( take swabs of tanks, equipment, bulk holding containers, use settle plates) • Conduct water testing on RO water • Conduct sterilization and Decontamination processes • Receive packaging and raw materials from warehouse • Sign off on the quality aspect of the final product before its dispatched • Perform NIR(Near Infrared Spectroscopy) testing on raw materials and final products • Conduct Flavonoid testing of herbal products with the use of the spectrophotometer • Preparation of Reagents and media in the Microbiology lab • Perform challenge testing on new products • Compile Material Safety Documents for all in house products and raw materials • Conduct long term stability testing on final products and extracts • Update and compile SOP’s( Standard Operating Procedures) • Compile Non-conformance, CAPA reports, Deviations and Change control reports
