- Portfolio management through communicating directly with private wealth clients - Establish effective investment strategies for private wealth clients - Create and maintain professional relationships with potential/existing clients ensuring that company standards are met and all policies and procedures fully followed - Manage clients by carrying out standard activities and provide solutions for first call resolution and completion of customer requests - Ensuring network assurance by performing system inspection, identifying and resolving risks. - System proactive monitoring, identifying inconsistences and rectifying them - Perform network troubleshooting and provide solution - Following a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct
