Worked at a severe service and high pressure valve manufacturing company. My main responsibilities are product design and development through all stages of designing, drawings and manufacturing. Provide technical support to sales and customers. Research and Development of new products including testing. Develop and standardise the engineering department improving efficiency and turn around time of projects. Project management and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of projects and customer orders. General quality assurance, quality documentation and ensuring all procedures meeting current and new standards.
My main responsibilities included CAD design and drafting, Create bill of materials for customer orders. Assisted with research and development projects and Special product design testing. Process customer orders and load special requirements to the ERP system. Assist production with special machinery as well as special tooling and jigs.
