Duties/Responsibilities: • Capacity optimisation • Chief of excellence for the Card Acquiring team (Merchant Operations services) ensuring that the team gets the basics right in everything that they do, embed performance planning as a leadership culture and also drive Quick solve to ensure root cause and prevent waste. • Ensuring that customer relationships are enhanced through service excellence, resulting in customer delight and retention • Contributing to the achievement of business objectives by enabling consultant to meet agreed operational targets • On-going identification and implementation of service improvement methods for greater customer experiences • Manage and measure productivity • Weekly and monthly reporting • Ensuring that SLA’s are met • Ensuring that Quality of calls is met • Ensuring tight cost control measures • Ensuring BCM controls are managed and updated regularly • Identifying training needs • Daily running and management of a Call Centre through effective use of resources and capacity management
