● Assist with administration/clerical duties ● Capturing Declaration of Interest forms ● Updating medicals ● Receiving and making phone calls ● Collecting and Sorting CVs according to positions ● Creating recruitment packs for candidates ● Doing quality checks on packs ● Assist with the issuing and signing of contracts and appointment letters ● Assist in compiling monthly and weekly reports ● Photocopying, printing, scanning and filing ● Coordinate meetings for Employee Relations ● Ordering and distributing stationery ● Physical Asset Verification
Receiving Purchase Requests on SAP inbox ● Creating Purchase Orders ● Sending RFQ for approval ● Sourcing suppliers from CSD ● Sending RFQ to selected suppliers ● Maintaining Purchases Requests on SAP ● Administer bookings and travel arrangements on SAP ● Recording payments to claims and checking for consistency and discrepancies ● Compiling weekly report/dashboard for PRs received ● Evaluating quotations received ● Preparing travel documents ● Sending documents for Vendor creation
