About Candidate

I was most recently employed as a Broker Consultant for Sizwe Medical Fund). Herein, my main
function is to triangulate between member, scheme and brokers, which involves various project
management engagements (business development; client retention; health awareness; sporting
events; etc.).
With the role being a satellite placement away from the regional office, I was given carte
blanche to manage the runnings of my area. That experience was new but it developed
management skills that make ready to undertake an important role such as this, e.g. managing
expenses, time schedule management, allocation of duties to brokers, appeasing stakeholders,
information management to clients, etc. I performed in this role for 3 years and collectively 12
years in junior and mid-level client services roles.
I have impeccable understanding what it means to serve clients interests while working within
company prescripts and maintain a certain equilibrium. Any gaps in knowledge and skill I can
make up for in natural business savvy and a very likeable personality – which in practical terms
makes me an asset. I hope this appeals to the sensibilities of the official who receives this and
invites me for an interview to get to illustrate my abilities.
