Assisting with the implementation and monitoring of the HSE Management System at all Capita SA locations. Responsible for all HSE site specific field workers, and contractors working on our properties, as well as ensuring that complaints meet Group and local HSE requirements. As a SA BU HSE Lead, I assisted and advised on environmental legislation and best practices applicable to the business. Assisting with the monitoring and delivery of all statutory and regulatory compliances. Working closely with the on-site Operation and Support Teams to raise awareness of HSE issues. Participated in weekly HSE meetings with the SA BU HSE Lead and prepared material for these meetings within specific timeframes as needed. Ensured appropriate and timely investigation of all RIDDOR (Reporting of Injuries, Diseases, and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations) reportable events, incidents, and HIPo's (High Potential Near Misses), as well as identification of corrective actions and tracking to completion - for all my respective sites. Ensured that CASPER (internal HSE software) for all sites is regularly updated and that all required tasks are completed on time. Part of the monthly meetings with HSE Champions from all teams and locations. Reporting compliance with HSE KPIs to SA BU executives and developing improvement plans where feasible. Ensure that all sites' senior management is aware of HSE KPI performance. The HSE Policy, HSE Standard, and HSE Management System have been communicated to the appropriate levels within your operational areas, ensuring that all positions are aware of their responsibilities for all HSE requirements through induction and periodic training and awareness sessions. Responsible for HSE site assurance (including site inspections) events and raising corrective actions, tracking to completion, to ensure compliance with the company's HSE Management System. Prepare and distribute HSE reports for the HSE committee meeting, line managers, and employees. Provide updated HSE KPI metrics to SA BU Management, along with any necessary improvement plans, and distribute to all sites. As part of the documented HSE Escalation process, and in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) depicted in section 10 of the HSE Standard. As a member of the risk assessment team for all sites Participate actively in internal and external HSE audits for all sites (ISO, R&C and other client audits). Participated in all HSE initiatives and drives across the board.

Development and implementation of the Client and Contractor Project SHEQ Execution Plan, Formulation and review of Policies and Procedures, Provides Interface between Corporate SHEQ and Project SHEQ issues with Clients and Contractors. Participates in client site visits, participates in tendering process and assist in compilation of SHEQ Client files. Monitor and checking compliance to SHEQ activities for customer satisfaction with clients. Attending SHEQ Meeting with clients and ensure that all identified leading and lagging indicators are addressed. Monitor Projects execution from project handover to project decommissioning.
