Marketing Manager – IT Software Distribution
Reporting to : CEO
Contract Status : Permanent
Location : Centurion

We are seeking an creative and innovative Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in
the IT software distribution industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth.
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure that marketing
activities are aligned with business goals and objectives.

This role will include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities and functions:
 Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support the company's goals and
 Collaborate with the product team to understand product features, benefits, and target audience to
create compelling marketing messages and campaigns.
 Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid
advertising, and SEO/SEM.
 Work closely with the sales team to develop effective lead generation campaigns, including
webinars, events, and trade shows.
 Successful  execution of live events, seminars, exhibitions, etc.
 Analyse and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure ROI.

 Manage the company's website, ensuring that content is up-to-date and engaging for visitors.
 Manage external vendors, including creative agencies and event planners, to ensure the successful
execution of marketing campaigns.
 Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company is utilizing the
latest marketing strategies and tactics.

 Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT software distribution industry.
 Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including email marketing, social media, paid
advertising, and SEO/SEM.
 Experience developing and executing successful lead generation campaigns.
 Excellent communication and project management skills.
 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
 Strong analytical and reporting skills.
