We are looking for an energetic Digital Campaign Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team in George. This position reports to the Head of Marketing and Product Development and will be focused on maximizing the potential of our customer-facing tech.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

Assist with analyzing data from the various platforms, providing feedback, and ensuring the implementation of any new strategies.
Monthly reporting.
General assistance with campaigns and projects.
Planning & monitoring paid media campaigns across multiple Google Ad platforms.
Manage Google Ad Media Buying Platforms.
Optimizing advertising campaigns.
Project manage, implement and optimize all of the activity and processes required to proficiently run performance paid media campaigns.
Analyzing the performance of campaigns, identifying strategic opportunities, and exceeding set KPIs.
Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the digital media landscape to ensure the delivery of best-in-class campaigns.
Demonstrates measurable success through the achievement of set KPIs. E.g. account turnover and profitability, campaign management, report generation/analysis, and overall service
An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Google Ad Paid Media campaigns (particularly, Google ads, Microsoft Search, Google Analytics, and other web analytics packages).
Strong project management skills: the ability to juggle multiple projects, organize and prioritize, and respond quickly to changes.
Keyword search experience.
Build Google adverts.


2+ years of campaign management experience, with a minimum of 1 year running paid marketing campaigns on Facebook and Google for business-to-customer products.
A relevant Marketing or Digital Marketing qualification will be beneficial.
Highly organized and enjoy diving into detail.
Have customer-centricity at the forefront of all conversations and decisions.
Have strong commercial acumen for the factors that drive business success in a fast-paced Fintech environment.
Be proactive in exploring your problem space and surroundings, in support of your team’s product vision and roadmap.
Be highly accountable when it comes to meeting deadlines and driving projects
