Job Overview:
As a Key Account Manager – 4IR at FS Connect, you will play a pivotal role in the dynamic and ever-evolving landscape of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Your primary responsibility will be to build and manage commercial relationships with clients in both the private and public sectors. You will proactively engage with clients to maintain a consistently high level of service delivery while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Minimum Requirements:
- Experience & Qualifications:
- A 3-year degree qualification is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Sales Management Tools, particularly Fresh Sales.
- Strong numerical and reporting skills with high accuracy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Previous experience in client relations is advantageous.
- Self-starter with strong time management, productivity, and a positive attitude.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor the day-to-day commercial performance of each account within a portfolio, updating Fresh Sales.
- Regularly liaise with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Identify and engage with new clients to expand our services.
- Prepare quotations and develop winning proposals.
- Manage opportunity pipelines, achieving Gross Profit results in line with targets.
- Ensure clients understand FS Connect’s services and offerings.
- Maintain sales engagements on Fresh Sales.
- Oversee the roll-out of new contracts and services.
- Provide industry-leading 4IR reports to clients.
- Generate detailed reports for company directors.
- Analyze, produce, and present weekly and monthly reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.Advise on market trends and competitor activities.
- Assist the Marketing team with content creation for company literature and communications
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Increase trading and retain current trading levels with existing customers.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping.
- Achieve 100% utilization of Fresh Sales (sales tools) to drive sales.
- Ensure 100% reporting using Fresh Sales.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Successfully liaise with both customers and suppliers.
- Manage multiple projects effectively.
