Job Description

The NBCM has to be a commercially astute individual who creates a successful business by sourcing, identifying, and winning high-yielding IT business accounts. The NBCM has to understand the Sales Process which will include making quality appointments, facilitating successful meetings, and finishing the Sales Process by ensuring the prospective client moves forward to Trial with Company IT but most importantly ensuring that the new client signs an SLA

Accountabilities

  • Achievement of Turnover, appointment, and daily call goals as set by the manager.
  • 30% Based on clients trialling or SLA Signed.
  • Daily KPI sheet completed.
  • One on One with the Line Manager
  • Daily sales meetings
  • Have the required level of business IT product knowledge.
  • 50% When clients commence with Trial or SLA Proper Handover to Key Account Manager.
  • Conversion of Client appointments to Turnover 50% Turnover increase in IT ops
  • General administration 5% Follow-up emails post-appointment/post-
    phone call
  • Handover forms
  • Keeping client database updated
  • Load Leads on ConnectWise (CRM System)
  • Role descriptions and accountabilities are subject to change

  • Flexibility and Adaptability.  There may be a need to work out of hours or attend client/company functions.
  • The Company is Developing a new Sales Team; it is necessary to show versatility to new initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Calls -30 calls per day
  • Appointments – 12 appointments per month
  • Wins: 4 wins (Trial or SLA)
  •  Size of Accounts: 30 users/5 million rand turnover
  • Value of new clients signed.
  • Influence and Persuasiveness to acquire key accounts you will need to convince your client why they should use Westech
  • Strong negotiating skills

Responsibilities

  • To build new corporate clients Lead generation which involves cold calling & Networking.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers in major organisations to improve opportunities for new sales.
  • Excellent phone manners, rapport building, and relationship management skills when dealing with heads of department.
  • Well presented when attending client meetings
  • Maintain contact in the form of emails and phone calls with key decision makers.
  • Create Ingenious Opportunities for new sales leads
  • To act as a role model to other NBCMs in Winning Business
  • By attaining targets and KPIs, you will set a precedent for the rest of the
    team.
