Job Functions:

Building Relationships with potential clients using multiple communication media like phone, email, what’s app and face to face appointments. Rendering holistic financial advice.

• New Business sales

Main Job Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities:

• contact businesses or private individuals by phone
• deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
• describe products and services
• respond to questions
• identify and overcome objections
• take the customer through the sales process
• obtain customer information
• obtain possible customer leads
• maintain customer/potential customer databases
• follow up on initial contacts
• complete records of telephonic interactions

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (no industry experience requirement)
• RE5 and NQF5 (industry experience qualification)

Experience:

• proficient in relevant computer applications and call centre systems
• good typing skills
• insurance external sales experience with Lead Generation
• required language skills (Afrikaans and English)
• Goal driven

• Great communication ability
