Job Description

Duties include:

  • Handling physical and digital filing, systems, and all databases for the back office.
  • Onboarding of clients for various investments from inception. Identifying compliance requirements, liaising with clients for compliance requests, the population of investment agreements, and sending out to clients for signature.
  • Preparing portfolio statements from various investment houses and ensuring all statements are
  • accurate and received in order.
  • Assisting with preparing portfolio reviews for clients.
  • Interacting with all stakeholders of the company. This includes clients, suppliers, and partners with
  • any queries or other related matters.
  •  Working on excel workbooks regarding portfolio reviews, budgeting, and forecasts
  • Any other reasonable request of Directors or Management.



    3-5 years’ experience in an Administrative Role. Any experience in the Investment Industry will be an advantage.
  • Matric
  • Bachelor of Commerce or Degree/ Diploma in Finance or Business Management /Accounting Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience in KYC compliance would be beneficial
  • Candidate needs to be strong with Excel and numbers
  • Experience or understanding of CRM Systems i.e. Air table, Trello, etc
  • Experience in preparing portfolio reviews for client investments
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills
  • Good record-keeping ability
  • Have some IT-related knowledge i.e. Zoom, Teams, Webinars
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
