Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager with strong Graphic Design experience (NB) to help us build our brand and elevate our customer experiences. You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and land our proposition with our users and our customers.

You will be taking on a variety of responsibilities, such as putting together estimates and budgets for marketing campaigns, submitting them for approval, working with advertising agencies, being involved in negotiations, preparing sales and advertising collateral and reports, and creating print material, commercials, and online advertisements.

Team: Marketing, Brand & Design

Reporting to: Brand Manager

Current Team Members: Brand Manager, Junior Graphic Designer, Content Manager and Social Media Co-Ordinator

Working with: Directors, Sales, Operations, Development, Technical and Accounts

Remote Work: Once a week on Tuesdays / Thursdays. Laptops close at 2pm on a Friday.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Digital Marketing
  • Very strong Graphic Design skills
  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • Work experience of +3 years
  • Candidates without any of the above will not be considered for the position.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating multiple channels of marketing strategies
  • Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
  • Managing budgets for marketing campaigns
  • Testing new marketing opportunities
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Building relationships with suppliers
  • Generating insights on our users
  • Evaluating performances of marketing campaigns
  • Troubleshooting marketing campaigns that are not performing well
  • Managing employees and third-party vendors
  • Managing high level customer issues
  • Strategies for new ways to promote new products
  • Educating employees about industry brand trends
  • Analyzing advertising returns and reporting to the directors
